1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing a plan, using our website, or signing a Service Agreement with List4Agents ("the Company," "we," "us"), you ("the Client") agree to these Terms of Service and the Service Agreement for your selected plan.
2. Our services
We generate and deliver qualified, exclusive, seller-lead opportunities to real estate agents and brokerages, according to the plan the Client selects:

3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for licensed real estate agents, brokers, and brokerages. By signing up, you confirm you are legally authorized to contact and represent leads in your target market.
4. Fees and payment
- The sign-up fee for the selected plan is due in full when signing.
- Payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store card details.
- A referral fee, as set out above and in the Service Agreement, is owed on every transaction that closes from a lead we provide.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Client responsibilities
- Contact leads promptly and follow all applicable laws, including Do Not Call and text-messaging consent rules.
- Maintain communication with us and report closings from our leads.
- Use leads only for your own business; leads may not be resold or shared with outside parties.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
We work to deliver interested, qualified sellers, but we do not guarantee that any lead will list a property, sign with the Client, or close a transaction.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under these Terms and any Service Agreement will not exceed the sign-up fee actually paid by the Client. Neither party is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
9. Termination
We may pause or end services if a Client misses a payment, breaks the law, or breaches the Service Agreement. Ending services early does not cancel referral fees already owed and does not create a refund.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep the other's non-public business information confidential, as described in the Service Agreement.
11. Governing law

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
