By requesting a quote, approving a plan page or statement of work, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and to any extra conditions on your plan page. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
List4Agents provides marketing support, data verification and quality checks, contact and CRM assistance, guidance on compliant outreach, and reporting. We do not sell consumer data lists, act as a list broker, or make telemarketing calls for you. The exact work for each project is listed in your plan page.
3. Which Document Comes First
If our documents disagree, we follow them in this order: first your signed plan page or statement of work, second these Terms, and third our website policies, such as the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Fees and Payments
Your fees and payment dates are shown on your plan page or invoice, and payment is due when you receive the invoice unless it says otherwise. U.S. clients pay in U.S. dollars and are responsible for any taxes. We may pause or end services if a payment is late or declined, and billing errors must be reported to us within 10 days.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any special terms on your plan page. Please read both before you buy so you know what to expect.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and to share only data you have the right to use. You must follow all laws when contacting people, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Do Not Call rules, and state privacy laws, and keep the consents they require. Please respond to us promptly and never misuse our website or deliverables.
7. Compliance and Indemnification
You decide how, when, and whom you contact, so you are responsible for your own outreach and compliance. Our guidance is general information and not legal advice. You agree to defend and protect List4Agents from any claim or loss caused by your outreach or your misuse of data.
8. Data and Privacy
We use your data only to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection. When our work ends, we will return or delete your data on request unless the law requires us to keep it.
9. Ownership and Use of Deliverables
List4Agents owns its methods, templates, and materials. After you pay in full, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the deliverables for your own internal business. We will use your name, logo, or testimonials only with your written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
10. Confidentiality
Both sides agree to keep each other's non-public information private and to use it only to carry out this agreement. This does not apply to information that is already public or that the law requires us to disclose.
11. Disclaimers and Limit of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we do not guarantee results such as listings, sales, or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the issue arose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Ending the Agreement
Either side may end this agreement if the other commits a serious breach and does not fix it within 10 days of written notice. You must pay for all services provided up to the end date. Sections on ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, and changes continue after the agreement ends.
